The Digi XBee® RR Module with PCB Antenna offers wireless end-point connectivity for devices using the IEEE 802.15.4 networking protocol. Ideal for high-throughput applications, it ensures low latency and predictable communication timing. Operating within the ISM 2.4 GHz frequency band, it supports low-cost, low-power wireless sensor networks with reliable data delivery. The module enables local configuration via BLE using the Digi XBee Mobile app and is functionally similar to the XBee3, minus MicroPython and full BLE programmable services.
Perfect for microcontroller-based projects, the XBee line provides near plug-and-play wireless and mesh functionality. The RR series builds on this legacy, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced performance.
