Received the boards on time, despite the busy PostNL! Unfortunately the small boards were only packed in a thin plastic bag and then put in a cardboard letterbox*package* instead of an envelope with bubble wrap. As far as I have tested they work fine, but I can imagine that this would not have been the case with more fragile parts. Opencircuit Don't worry, all items are packed safely. I left a query in the course of my order, which was not answered.
Delivery took almost a month. The presence sensor and a 5-pin breadboard cable were supposed to be for my holiday home, to which I now had to travel without these products. When I got back, I realised that only the motion sensor was in the box, not the cable, which is why it took so long.
I am not used to such unprofessional behaviour and I will communicate this behaviour on the relevant review portals. It's not just a lack of service, it's simply a lack of interest in the customer. Opencircuit We're sorry your experience was disappointing. You chose a single-shipment order, so the in-stock motion sensor and the backordered breadboard cable were held until both were available. At checkout, the estimated dispatch date for the cable was displayed, and a “partial shipments” option was offered should you have wished to receive in-stock items sooner. All items were ultimately delivered, including the cable. Small items sometimes become tucked beneath the packaging, please check beneath the box flaps or between the cardboard layers. We also note that we never received an email or message from you regarding this matter; had you reached out, you would have found that we responded to all inquiries promptly. But the delivery of PostNL is worthless and thus casts a considerable stain on your company. I received a message last Saturday that the letterbox package was delivered at 13:22. Not true at all! The letterbox package was only delivered this afternoon. So three days later. I would appreciate it if you filed a complaint with PostNL about this and can explain everything if desired.
