Reflection time

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Only the costs for return to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can submit an RMA request using the form above. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Returning as consumer

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs as a result of your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), back. We will refund you with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for a refund.

Business returns / cancellations

You have ordered something for business but want to return something? Different rules and laws apply to business orders than to consumers. (Even if you have ordered something for business purposes for your own use). For example, as a company you have an obligation to investigate and you are excluded from the right of return (the Distance Selling Act). In exceptional cases, we may decide to make an exception to this as a favourable measure. However, this cannot be enforced under any circumstances and additional costs may be charged for processing your return and restocking costs. When cancelling an order that has not been shipped, we will do our best to cancel it with our supplier, unfortunately this is not always possible. In this case, we may be able to charge restocking costs if it concerns specific items that we usually do not have in stock but stock per order from our suppliers.

Return shipments

The direct costs of returning the goods are for your own account. You are also liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. It is not possible to visit our locations, not even to bring a return shipment. It is desirable that returns are sent unopened, in original packaging and stating the invoice number and name with a track-and-trace code. Returns can only be processed when they have been registered and approved via the RMA form.


Wrong items

In the event that other products have been delivered than you have ordered or are otherwise than stated in the order confirmation, we will return the shipment and deliver the correct products to you as soon as possible. This does not include defective products.
