When all products in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship orders every working day until 11:59 PM, 5 days a week. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. If there are items that are not in stock, you can choose partial delivery when placing your order or wait until everything is in stock. In this case, the delivery time will be displayed when placing an order. Once we have shipped your orders, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace information.
Within the Netherlands we can send letterbox packages for small items, these have a shipping rate of 3.50 euros. For larger items we send it via a regular package and these have a shipping rate of 5.95 euros. Orders within the Netherlands have free shipping costs from 100 euros. We offer various payment methods including Ideal, Paypal, Creditcard, Bancontact, Sofort, Banktransfer, KBC/CBC, Belfius, EPS, GiroPay and Przelewy24. Companies and educational institutions can pay afterwards on account with a business account.
Yes, that's no problem. If items are forgotten during ordering, they can easily be added afterwards without paying double shipping costs.

Yes, we have different account numbers including a Belgian, a Finnish and a Dutch one. This means that customers from across the Dutch border have no problems with their accounting and it is possible for everyone to pay invoices without any problems.
Companies located within the EU and outside the Netherlands can order on the basis of intra-community delivery (VAT reverse charge). For this it is necessary that the company data can be validated by the European VAT register. If you wish to make use of this, please contact us before paying, we will then adjust your order / account.
Are you not satisfied with the products received or have you decided within our 30-day cooling-off period that you do not need the products after all? That can happen! You can first register all the products with us via the RMA form. It is not necessary in all cases for items to be returned, follow the instructions you receive via the RMA emails. Returns can only be processed if they have been registered and approved in advance via the RMA form.
