When can I expect my order?
When all products in your order are in stock, your order will be shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. We ship orders every working day until 11:59 PM, 5 days a week. Weekend orders are shipped on Monday. If there are items that are not in stock, you can choose partial delivery when placing your order or wait until everything is in stock. In this case, the delivery time will be displayed when placing an order. Once we have shipped your orders, you will receive an email from us with the track and trace information.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands we can send letterbox packages for small items, these have a shipping rate of 3.50 euros. For larger items we send it via a regular package and these have a shipping rate of 5.95 euros. Orders within the Netherlands have free shipping costs from 100 euros. Packages to Belgium cost 6.95 euros and are shipped free of charge for orders over 100 euros. View our shipping rates list for other countries here: Ordering Information
How can I pay?
We offer various payment methods including Ideal, Paypal, Creditcard, Bancontact, Sofort, Banktransfer, KBC/CBC, Belfius, EPS, GiroPay and Przelewy24. Companies and educational institutions can pay afterwards on account with a business account.
I forgot to order something, can I add it afterwards?
Yes, that's no problem. If items are forgotten during ordering, they can easily be added afterwards without paying double shipping costs.

- If the orange button is not present in the shopping cart and you are logged in, the order is already being processed and no further adjustments are possible.
- It is advisable to add forgotten items as soon as possible as orders are processed quickly to ensure fast shipping.
To which countries can I have my order shipped?

Can I order via email or via a purchase order?
It is possible for companies and educational institutions to pay by invoice and place purchase orders. You can send the order form by email to Opencircuit . It is also possible for us to convert your account to a business account with which you can order on account. Please contact us for this.
Do you have a Belgian account number?
Yes, we have different account numbers including a Belgian, a Finnish and a Dutch one. This means that customers from across the Dutch border have no problems with their accounting and it is possible for everyone to pay invoices without any problems.
I need an invoice without VAT, is that possible?
Companies located within the EU and outside the Netherlands can order on the basis of intra-community delivery (VAT reverse charge). For this it is necessary that the company data can be validated by the European VAT register. If you wish to make use of this, please contact us before paying, we will then adjust your order / account.
How can I return orders?
Are you not satisfied with the products received or have you decided within our 30-day cooling-off period that you do not need the products after all? That can happen! You can first register all the products with us via the RMA form. It is not necessary in all cases for items to be returned, follow the instructions you receive via the RMA emails. Returns can only be processed if they have been registered and approved in advance via the RMA form.
