Ordering Information

We are a European company with our warehouse in the Netherlands. There are never customs fees for orders delivered within Europe.All our prices are total prices of the products and include VAT.All orders where all products are in stock and placed on working days before 11:59 PM (23.59h) Dutch time/Central European Time (CET) will be shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.If you have any questions, please contact us, we offer customer service in Dutch and English.

Dispatch

We deliver parcels internationally with PostNL. Orders delivered within the Netherlands can also be shipped with letterbox packages:

Letterbox package - Fast delivery with track & trace code, fits in letterbox. This shipping method is only possible for orders placed before 9 p.m. (CET), only within the Netherlands.
Parcel post - Fast delivery with track & trace code. This shipping option can be selected 24 hours a day when placing an order. Orders with a delivery address within the BeNeLux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) can be delivered within 24 hours. Other EU countries also have fast shipping.

Forgot an item?

Easily add items to a submitted order. If items are forgotten during the order, they can easily be added afterwards without paying double shipping costs.

If the orange button is not present in the shopping cart and you are logged in, then the order is already being processed and no further adjustments are possible.

Order on account and Purchase orders

For companies and educational organisations it is possible to pay by invoice and place purchase orders. You can send the order form by email to info@opencircuit.nl. It is also possible that we convert your account to a business account with which you can order on account. Please contact us for this.

Intra-Community Delivery

Companies located within the EU/European Union and outside the Netherlands can order on the basis of intra-Community delivery (VAT reverse charge). For this it is necessary that the company data can be validated by the European VAT register. If you wish to make use of this, please contact us before paying, we will then adjust your order / account.
