Adafruit Pimoroni Pico LiPo Power SHIM for Raspberry Pi Pico and Pico W

This SHIM from the Pimoroni Pirates offers a seamless solution for powering your Raspberry Pi Pico using a LiPo/LiIon battery. Attach it to the back of your Pico and experience portable, on-the-go projects powered by a rechargeable battery pack.

The inbuilt charging circuit allows easy battery recharge through the Pico's USB port, featuring overdischarge and overcurrent protection for safe usage. A convenient power button lets you manage power supply by switching the SHIM on and off as needed.

Benefit from dual LED indicators: a white LED signals when power is being supplied, while a red LED indicates battery charging. Designed for safe integration with LiPo or LiIon batteries, ensure your projects are shielded from physical damage.

Specifications include a MCP73831 charger with a 215mA charging current and an XB6096I2S battery protector. It has a 2-pole JST PH connector with marked polarity and fits perfectly with Raspberry Pi Pico. Soldering is required for setup.

The dimensions are approximately 21mm x 21mm x 7mm. Note that Raspberry Pi Pico, battery, and additional Pico add-ons are not included in this package.
