Adafruit 2 x CR2032 Coin Cell Battery Holder - 6V output - On/Off switch

This tiny coin cell battery holder is perfect for small portable or wearable projects. It accommodates two 20mm coin cells, such as 2032 or CR2032, in series to achieve a nominal 6V output. If you require only 3V, simply insert a crumpled piece of tin foil in one of the slots.

20mm coin cells are commonly used in keychain lights, making them easily accessible and affordable. Typically, these cells have a capacity of around 220mAh, enabling this holder to deliver 6V at 220mAh with two cells.

The holder is crafted from durable plastic and features a convenient snap-open and close mechanism. For added security, you can tape it shut if needed. An on/off switch at the top offers additional control.

Equipped with a 2mm JST PH connector, the holder allows for easy connectivity, although it can be modified with a different connector through soldering, if desired. Note that CR2032 coin cells are not included with this holder, but they are available for separate purchase.
