Adafruit VS1053 Codec + MicroSD Breakout - MP3/WAV/MIDI/OGG Play + Record

This breakout board functions as the perfect gateway for the VLSI VS1053B DSP codec chip, capable of decoding audio in formats like MP3, AAC, and FLAC. It also supports audio recording in PCM and Ogg Vorbis.

With eight GPIO pins, you can illuminate LEDs or read button inputs. It powers digital audio tweaks such as bass, treble, and volume adjustments via a user-friendly SPI interface, making it versatile with microcontrollers like Arduino.

Its slim design facilitates easy integration on a breadboard, leaving room for wiring. The inclusion of onboard 3.3V and 1.8V regulators ensures quality analog output with analog filtering.
