The Pimoroni Inky pHat is a compact e-paper display with a resolution of 212x104 pixels that delivers exceptional readability, even in bright daylight. Ideal for static content like tweets, weather updates, and graphs, this e-ink display offers incredible contrast and readability with a quick 3-second display change cycle.

No soldering is needed; the display comes fully assembled with a convenient ribbon cable connection. Simply place the Inky pHat on any compatible Raspberry Pi model, including 5, 4, 3 B+, 3, 2, B+, A+, Zero, and Zero W, and quickly install it with the provided Python library.

The display stays on even when the Raspberry Pi is turned off, offering a seemingly magical experience. The Inky pHat supports black and white displays, with tri-color options available for those seeking additional hues, albeit with longer update times for display changes.

Please note that Pimoroni’s software does not support Raspbian Wheezy. This e-paper display is perfect for applications where display content does not change frequently but requires high visibility and low energy consumption.
