The Qwiic pHAT V2.0 is equipped with four Qwiic connect ports (two on its side and two vertical), all connected to the same I2C bus. It also features a 5V screw terminal to power boards that require more than 3.3V and a general-purpose button with the option to shut down the Pi using a script. The mounting holes on the board are spaced to accommodate the standard Qwiic board dimension of 2.54cm x 2.54cm. This HAT is compatible with any Raspberry Pi that utilizes the standard 2x20 GPIO header, as well as with the NVIDIA Jetson Nano and Google Coral.
The SparkFun Qwiic Connect System is a comprehensive ecosystem of I2C sensors, actuators, shields, and cables designed to make prototyping faster and less prone to errors. All Qwiic-enabled boards use a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector, which minimizes the required PCB space and ensures correct connections due to its polarized design.
The Qwiic pHAT V2.0 for Raspberry Pi offers numerous benefits. Its compatibility with a wide range of devices, including Raspberry Pi and NVIDIA Jetson Nano, makes it a versatile choice for various applications. The general-purpose button adds flexibility, while the 5V screw terminal ensures that boards requiring higher voltage can be powered without any hassle. The four Qwiic connect ports allow for easy expansion and customization of the product, making it a truly adaptable solution for your sensing needs.
