Measure liquid flow effectively using this robust flow meter, ideal for solar, cooling, or gardening applications. The in-line sensor utilizes a pinwheel mechanism to track fluid movement, integrating seamlessly into your water line system.

The pinwheel's attached magnet, paired with a hall effect magnetic sensor across a brass tube, counts rotations to monitor flow. This design keeps the sensor dry and protected, enhancing durability.

Equipped with three wires: red for power (5-18VDC), black for ground, and yellow for pulse output, this sensor provides easy interfacing. By tracking pulse counts, approximately each representing 2 milliliters, fluid movement is efficiently monitored.

While not a precision tool, with proper calibration, it achieves satisfactory accuracy for basic measurements. With a 3-pin JST SM connector, users can quickly connect it to projects. An Arduino sketch facilitates testing and displays fluid quantity in liters on an LCD or serial monitor.
