Adafruit Lightning Bolt LED Filament

This glowy lightning bolt is crafted using COB LEDs, often found in 'Edison-like' LED bulbs, arranged for a radiant, warm light effect. It consists of numerous micro LED diodes bonded on a metal backing, coated in silicone for durability.

The design ensures illumination from both sides due to its thin PCB substrate, although the back glows slightly dimmer. Operating at just 3V, it's advisable to use a resistor to limit current to 100mA. Reliable and solid, it isn't flexible but emulates a tungsten filament beautifully with its uniform glow.

Enhance miniature sets, dioramas, or dollhouses with this mini neon bolt. As a 'big long LED', it can be PWM dimmed effortlessly. To power, connect to both ends at 3V, adjusting the connection if necessary until it lights up. Compatible with Arcade Button Quick-Connect Wire Pairs - 0.11" (10 pack).
