This well-known digital thermometer can measure temperature from -55 ° C to 125 ° C. This sensor has a one-wire interface, which means that all communication is only 1 data line. In addition, it is possible to connect several sensors to this data line and to feed these sensors over the same data connection.

I have tested all available Arduino DS18B20 libraries, and I cannot get this component to work correctly. At best the initial temperature is obtained but remains frozen unless a reset is performed. The probe is found but does not return its OneWire address, this may be a reason for this malfunction...

I am not one hundred percent convinced whether this is an original Dalas component, but connected in the 'normal' way, the thing works fine. I have not (yet) tested the so-called 'parasite power' mode.
