Electroluminescent tape offers a vivid glow with a flat, wide design, perfect for illuminating surfaces with ease. The glow is stunning at 1 cm in width, shielded by a 1.5 cm wide PVC coating that makes the tape weatherproof—though remember, the connectors are not entirely waterproof.

Powered by a more robust inverter due to its larger surface area, this tape is significantly more capacitive than EL wires. Each 100 cm length comes with dual connectors, facilitating flexible usage. Feel free to cut and utilize both halves independently for versatile lighting projects.

When using a 2xAA pocket inverter, cut the tape to 60 cm for optimal brightness, drawing about 200mA for an enduring 10-hour glow on constant mode. Alternatively, the 4xAAA inverter supports the full meter in a single connection or when split into halves.
