Spice up your Feather project with a vibrant 3.5" touchscreen display shield featuring a built-in microSD card socket. This TFT display offers 480x320 pixels in stunning 16-bit color, providing far greater resolution than traditional 128x64 displays and twice that of our 2.4" TFT FeatherWing.
Equipped with a resistive touchscreen, this display allows intuitive control with finger presses anywhere on the screen. As of November 15, 2023, we've upgraded to the TSC2007 touchscreen controller, which requires updates to touchscreen code using our Arduino or CircuitPython library. Moreover, a right-angle reset button and STEMMA QT port have been added for enhanced functionality.
This FeatherWing utilizes SPI for the display, touchscreen, and SD card socket, and pairs exceptionally well with faster boards like the nRF52, ESP8266, ESP32, M0, M4, WICED, and Teensy. The incorporated SPI resistive touchscreen controller minimizes pin usage, requiring only one additional pin. An optional SD card pin allows for image storage and display.
Pre-assembled with dual sockets for Feather integration, each pin offers two sockets and a sizable square pad for soldering or wired connections. Quickly dive into your projects with our comprehensive tutorial guide featuring code, schematics, libraries, and practical examples.
