Adafruit NeoPixel Jewel - 7 x 5050 RGB LED with Integrated Drivers

Each LED is equipped with an addressable driver chip inside, providing ~18mA constant current drive for consistent color without needing external resistors. Simply power with 5VDC for vibrant displays. The board uses a precise timing protocol, requiring a real-time microcontroller like an AVR or Arduino.

Connect the output of one Jewel to the input of another for seamless chaining. Our NeoPixel library for Arduino offers support, although it’s optimized for AVR cores. Ensure an 8MHz or faster processor for best results. Comes assembled with 7 addressable RGB LEDs, ready for your creative projects.
