Adafruit 3 x AAA Battery Holder with On/Off Switch and 2-Pin JST

This battery holder connects 3 AAA batteries in series to power a variety of electronic projects. Its slim design and the resulting 3.3-4.5V output make it suitable for devices requiring 3.3V, similar to Lithium Ion batteries.

Fitted with an on-off switch, this holder is compatible with standard AAA batteries. When using rechargeable NiMH batteries, the voltage ranges from 3.7V when fully charged to 2.7V at depletion. For alkaline batteries, the range is 4.6V when new to 3.3V at end-of-life.

Ideal for use with micro:bit devices needing reliable voltage, this holder ensures functionality with 3 AAA cells, unlike the insufficient 2-cell setups. Designed with a genuine JST connector, it provides seamless integration without the risk of damage during use.
