Driver: this one is good: https://github.com/olikraus/ucglib/wiki Connecting: make sure all data lines work on 3.3 volts. you actually need a voltage divider per data line, or look closely at picture 3: a 1K resistor in the data lines. Good luck

You can use the Adafruit 7735 library for this, the screen is the same as the one on the PyBadge or Pygamer. If you want smooth scrolling, also use the GFX library, and create a canvas. In it you draw the elements, and then you do a bitmap copy from the buffer to the screen memory once per frame.
