Adafruit PLA/PHA bambooFill for 3D Printers - 1.75mm Diameter - 600g

The PLA/PHA bambooFill blend from colorFabb offers a unique 3D printing experience with its 1.75mm 600g spool of recycled bamboo filament.

This filament transforms your prints with the warmth and aroma of a woodshop, making each creation visually stunning and aromatic. Engineered for compatibility, it functions smoothly on an array of 3D printers, whether heated or non-heated build platforms.

To achieve optimal results, initiate printing with rougher layers between 0.2 and 0.27mm, ensuring adequate material flow to prevent degradation within the hot-zone. A temperature of 55-60°C is recommended for heated platforms to maintain adhesion.

ColorFabb advises using blue painter's tape on cold surfaces, but it also adheres well on glass or with a gluestick. Tested extensively, this filament performs well with all-metal hotends like the E3D, but caution is suggested with teflon isolator couplers due to potential clogging.
