Adafruit Peristaltic Liquid Pump with Silicone Tubing - 12V DC Power

Move fluid safely with this compact peristaltic pump. Unlike traditional liquid pumps, it uniquely utilizes the peristaltic mechanism, squishing silicone tubing to transport liquid, ensuring no direct contact occurs. This characteristic makes it ideal for food, drink, and sterile applications, including drink-bots or gardening robots.

The pump incorporates a geared-down DC motor for substantial torque. Inside, a 'clover' pattern of rollers press the tubing, effectively self-priming and transporting fluid with ease, even up to half a meter. Control the flow rate with PWM, and reverse the flow direction by swapping motor connections. Compatible with power transistors for basic on/off control or motor driver chips like the L293D.
