Adafruit Mini 2-wire Volt Meter (2.7 - 40 VDC)

Put a voltage meter anywhere with this very handy display. These are often used by RC enthusiasts for tracking battery levels, but it's also perfect for use on a breadboard or within an enclosure.

This is the 2-wire version of the volt meter, meaning two wires power it and measure simultaneously. A 3-wire version is available if you require a wider voltage range. Simply connect the red wire to the positive supply and the black to the negative ground.

The display includes a microcontroller that reads voltage, compares it to a stable reference, and shows it with 0.1V precision on a 3-digit 7-segment screen. Operating from 2.7V to 40V, it suits nearly any electronic project. The meter consumes 3-4mA to sustain the microcontroller and display.

This particular LED display offers a vivid green hue, ensuring great readability. Thanks to mounting tabs, attaching this module to any box or plate is effortless.
