Adafruit MCP4725 Breakout Board - 12-Bit DAC with I2C Interface

Your microcontroller may have an ADC, but adding a DAC is where this MCP4725 breakout board shines. This board integrates a 12-bit DAC for seamless digital to analog conversions. Utilizing the I2C interface, it allows precise control of output voltages through the VOUT pin, making it perfect for audio projects with requirements for sine waves or adjustable bias points.

The breakout board offers versatility by breaking out the ADDR/A0 pin, enabling you to connect two DACs on a single I2C bus. Accompanied by a 6-pin header, it is breadboard friendly. The board is compatible with both 3.3V and 5V logic systems, allowing an output voltage range from 0 to 3.3V or 0 to 5V respectively.
