The NEO6MV2 GPS module makes it possible to receive GPS signals. This allows a project to determine exactly where it is on earth, how fast it is moving, in which direction it is moving and how many satellites are visible. The communication is via a serial TX / RX connection (only 2 I / O required) .
QPlantje1If you don't see a light on the module, wait 1-2 hours, the battery is probably empty!
QBlankaStrange, I see in the specifications that this is a 3.3V module, but strangely enough it does not work on a 5V Arduino when you connect it to the 3.3V with a level shifter, but it does if you just connect it to 5V connect. So TX-> RX and RX-> TX, VCC-> 5V and GND-> GND, and the standard script SerialPassthrough run on, for example, a Leonardo (with double serial port), and the GPS data rolls into your serial monitor. How about that? Does this board already have internal level adjustment /Answer this question

ADeelmanMy module gives the same startup, but does not respond to U-center instructions. Baud rate, etc. cannot be changed.
