This warm-white glowy letter is crafted from COB (chip on board) LEDs, reminiscent of 'Edison-like' LED bulbs, creating a bright, warm lighting effect. The arrangement of dozens of micro LED diodes bonded on a stiff metal backing and coated in silicone ensures durability and protection.
Despite having LEDs on only one side, the thin PCB substrate allows a subtle backglow. Operate efficiently with just 3V and limit current with a resistor to a maximum of 100mA. Although not flexible, these lights provide a tungsten filament-like glow. Easily arrange multiple letters into words; their lightweight design allows for gluing, sewing, or tying with fishing line.
PWM dimming can be achieved effortlessly by powering them with 3V, simply connect to both ends—the negative side is marked with a - symbol. Compatible with Arcade Button Quick-Connect Wire Pairs and also allows soldering or clipping to the bottom tabs for varied applications.
