Adafruit STEMMA Non-Latching Mini Relay - JST PH 2mm

STEMMA plug-and-play parts make soldering a thing of the past! The STEMMA Non-Latching Mini Relay lets you manage power with unparalleled ease. Whether switching on lamps or controlling solenoids, it operates up to 250VAC or DC seamlessly through any microcontroller or microcomputer.

No need to worry about flyback diodes or pin protection; the STEMMA board handles it all. Compatible with both 3V and 5V microcontrollers, you can integrate it with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, Circuit Playground, or micro:bit using the appropriate cables.

The relay features a single Signal pin. In its inactive state, the COM pin connects to the NC pin. Activating the relay switches the COM connection to the NO pin, indicated by an LED. Designed for practical wiring, its connectors grip wires from 24AWG to 18AWG securely.

Ideal for switching small appliances, it handles up to 2A at 30VDC, or ~0.3A at 250VAC. Each STEMMA board comes fully assembled and tested, ensuring an easy, solder-free setup.

Note: Exercise caution with high voltages (>24V), and ensure it’s handled by experienced individuals. It's perfect for low-power applications, avoiding high-power appliances like washers or dryers.
