Our SPI FRAM breakout board enhances your projects with 2 Megabits (256 KBytes) of storage, SPI interface, and up to 40 MHz clock rates. Ensuring longevity, each byte can be rewritten up to 10 trillion times. The memory's retention span is approximately 95 years at room temperature.
