Adafruit RP2040 Prop-Maker Feather with I2S Audio Amplifier

The Adafruit RP2040 Prop-Maker Feather combines the Feather RP2040 with a Prop-Maker FeatherWing, tailored for prop projects. It's loaded with features for designing sabers, props, toys, and more, minimizing or eliminating the need for soldering.

Key specifications include a Terminal Block NeoPixel Port for easy connection to NeoPixel strips with high current drive. It has a MAX98357 I2S Audio Amplifier to drive 4-8Ω speakers, providing up to 3 Watts of sound. Equipped with a Triple-Axis Accelerometer, it enables motion, tilt, or tap detection, useful for adding interactivity to your creations.

The board includes extra output pins for additional features, along with a servo connection for motion control. Power efficiency is enhanced with a low power mode, ensuring reduced power consumption and quick wakeup through button or accelerometer input.

The onboard RP2040 chip, running at 133 MHz with 3.3V logic, includes 8 MB of QSPI FLASH and 264 KB of RAM. It supports wide connectivity with 21 GPIO pins, I2C, SPI, and UART peripherals, even allowing for direct use of STEMMA QT connectors for plug-and-play of I2C devices.

With built-in battery charging and USB Type C connector, the Feather RP2040 Prop-Maker Feather is designed for both stationary and portable projects, automatically switching to USB power when available.
