The Adafruit Proto Under Plate PiCowBell is your mini solder-less proto plate designed for swift programming and sensor integration with the Raspberry Pi Pico board. Featuring a convenient reset button, it supports fast I2C connections through a STEMMA QT / Qwiic connector, enhancing plug-and-play simplicity without the need for additional soldering when paired with Pico H or WH.
Utilize double pre-soldered sockets to directly connect your Pico board, accessing both a prototyping area and a secondary row of socket pins. This means effortless connectivity with wires straight to LEDs, buttons, or breadboards. Each well-labeled socket saves time, eliminating the hassle of pin identification. Easily attach this board using 4 mounting holes, ensuring secure placement.
Designed with hollow dual socket headers, the board allows for back connectivity. Use Pico Stacking Headers for integration with other devices, or connect from the bottom if headers are soldered on the reverse side of a Pico. We suggest using protective rubber feet to safeguard your workspace if not mounting the board elsewhere.
Specifications and Benefits:- 2x20 slim socket headers creating an extra row of sockets per pin.- Right-angle reset button and JST SH connector for I2C/STEMMA QT/Qwiic or GPIO wiring.- Extra 4 breakout holes for additional connections.- Center 3 hole-connected strips, perfect miniature breadboard.- Duplicate hole pads next to Pico pads for solder-jumpering, with clearly marked ground pads and a long ground strip.- Single strip of connected holes for 3.3V power, and gold-plated pads facilitate soldering.
