Adafruit MLX90632 FIR Remote Thermal Temperature Sensor

The Adafruit MLX90632 FIR Temperature Sensor offers precise temperature measurement without contact, making it ideal for hot, cold, or delicate objects. With a 50° field of view, optimal results are achieved when the sensor is a few centimeters or inches from the target.

This compact sensor features the medical-grade MLX90632SLD-DCB, providing ±0.2°C accuracy from 35 to 42°C. It also supports an 'extended' mode for object temperatures ranging from -20 to 100°C. Additionally, on-chip temperature measurement is available.

Designed with STEMMA QT form factor, the sensor integrates seamlessly with development boards, utilizing SparkFun Qwiic compatible I2C connectors for easy solderless connections. Built-in level shifting and voltage regulation ensure compatibility with 3V or 5V microcontrollers and microcomputers, such as Arduino or Raspberry Pi.
