Adafruit MiCS5524 CO, Alcohol and VOC Gas Sensor Breakout

This MEMS sensor detects CO (1-1000 ppm), Ammonia (1-500 ppm), Ethanol (10-500 ppm), H2 (1-1000 ppm), and Methane/Propane/Iso-Butane (1000+ ppm). While it cannot specify which gas is detected, the output is proportional to the gas concentration.

Power the sensor with 5 VDC; the analog voltage output increases when gases are detected. The heater draws 25-35mA and can be switched off using the EN pin for energy conservation. A short warm-up is required before readings.

Each unit includes an assembled and tested MiCS-5524 breakout, plus header for optional soldering or wiring. Calibration is necessary for precise readings. This product is suitable for hobbyist education and experimentation only.
