Home is where the heart is...it's also where we keep all our electronic bits. Why not wire it up with sensors and actuators to turn your house into an electronic wonderland? Whether it's tracking the environmental temperature and humidity in your laundry room, notifying you when someone is detected in the kitchen, sensing when a window was left open, or logging when your cat leaves through the pet door, this board makes it easy to create WiFi-connected home automation projects.
The main processor is the ESP32-S2, boasting the low cost and power efficiency of the ESP32 and featuring CircuitPython support thanks to its native USB capabilities. There’s also Arduino support, and many existing ESP32 projects run seamlessly. Although it lacks BLE support, it excels in WiFi projects. Connect to IoT services or the Internet with SSL support, and leverage the ample PSRAM for extensive data processing.
The board is crafted for easy sensor integration with minimal soldering. Built-in sensors include light, pressure, humidity, and temperature sensors. Three JST PH connectors facilitate quick connections to STEMMA boards with digital or analog I/O, alongside a STEMMA QT port for I2C devices.
