Adafruit 13.56MHz RFID/NFC White Tag - Classic 1K

A blank 13.56MHz RFID/NFC laundry tag designed for versatile use, from laundry management to general tagging tasks. This tag contains an RFID chip and antenna, powered passively by a compatible reader/writer from just a few inches away.

Compatible with almost all 13.56MHz RFID/NFC readers, these tags adhere to the ISO/IEC 14443 Type A standard, except for some devices like newer phones which may not support it. Exceptional compatibility with the PN532 NFC/RFID breakout board and the Adafruit NFC/RFID Shield for Arduino ensures precise data reading and writing.

Feature-packed with a 1 KB writable EEPROM, these tags support over 100,000 re-writes, divided across multiple data banks. A unique, immutable 4-byte ID is embedded for easy identification of individual tags. Historically known for reliability, this chipset was the 'classic' NFC standard before its phase-out in newer handheld devices post-2014.
