After a long day out harvesting in the terminal block fields, we've returned with a veritable bounty of compact 2.54mm (0.1") terminal blocks in various sizes. Our selection is great news since nothing complicates a project more than loose wiring.
We prefer using terminal blocks for making PCB-to-wire connections. These blocks are 2.54mm spaced, perfectly fitting into perf or protoboards. They may not fit well into solderless breadboards due to the short legs and don't snap together on a 0.1" grid, but that's manageable with multiple available sizes.
These terminal blocks accommodate a range of wire gauges and are easy to tweak with a screwdriver. Despite their functionality, they're not overly bulky, ensuring they don't occupy unnecessary space on your protoboard. They're ideal for projects requiring a specific number of pins, providing a tidy and efficient solution.
