Adafruit 16mm Illuminated Pushbutton - Green Latching On/Off Switch

A versatile LED illuminated button seamlessly blends a switch and LED, with a medium-sized form perfect for easy pressing without intruding on your project panel. The built-in LED can be independently controlled from the switch action, offering flexibility for indication or aesthetic purposes.

Specifications include a black plastic body housing the LED with two contacts marked + and -. The LED's forward voltage is approximately 2.2V. For safe operation, connect a 220 to 1000 ohm resistor in series when using a 3V or higher power supply.

This model features a green body and LED, with the switch offering latching on/off functionality. The two switch contacts alternate between connection and disconnection, akin to an on-off switch. The separate control of the LED allows it to light up under various conditions, whether on, off, or continuously lit.
