Although the order was placed around 4 pm on a working day, the package was only offered to PostNL in the evening the next working day. Furthermore, the products were well packaged. When a track and trace is known, the shipment with the label on it is in the correct cart at PostNL, as they stick the labels on it themselves. If the tracking information indicates that the shipment has not yet arrived at PostNL, this is because the shipment has not yet had its first scan at the sorting depot. We have been in contact with PostNL about this before, but unfortunately they indicate that they cannot change anything to make this clearer. In any case, it was a case of delay at PostNL.
