Fair handling of the order, I had to wait a while for the delivery, but that was due to a shortage in stock. Everyone knows that there is a worldwide scarcity of everything, so no problem for me. The quality of one of the parts of the order was unfortunately below average. I am talking about a water pump 2.5v - 6v. Ordered the first time, the pump broke down after less than 2 minutes. Very good experience in handling the RMA procedure. I was soon allowed to receive a new pump, unfortunately this never worked. A 2nd RMA was rejected. Unfortunately.... Opencircuit Thank you for your review. We did indeed ship a new copy after the first RMA. And the second RMA request was indeed rejected as it looked like a double RMA report with no context. The pump has very few complaints and DOAs, and the chance that it concerns 2 defective items with 1 customer is very small. We assume that it is a connection or application error. As I mentioned about the email, it is not a good idea to turn on a pump like this every 2 seconds, it puts too much stress on the internal electronics of the pump. Placed on

In my first order, 1 part was not in stock, but you delivered the other parts fairly quickly. On my 2nd order there were 2 discover out of stock and then you delivered nothing at all. You simply made me wait until I emailed you to finally find out why it was taking so long. Also, I always had to inquire after an order or if I was fine because I have no confirmation from you.
