Adafruit Weatherproof TTL Serial JPEG Camera with NTSC Video and IR LEDs

This weatherproof camera module is a refined enhancement over the basic alternative available in our shop. Encased in durable metal with a convenient mounting hinge, it features a 1-meter cable with TTL and NTSC signals exposed.

The automatic IR LED system activates 12 IR LEDs for superior night-vision shots when low light conditions are detected, making it an excellent choice for security systems.

It simultaneously outputs NTSC video and captures snapshots, which are transmitted over the TTL serial link. Snapshots are available in 640x480, 320x240, or 160x120 JPEG formats, ensuring efficient storage on SD cards.

This module is equipped with manual focus adjustment, auto-white-balance, auto-brightness, and auto-contrast, as well as built-in motion detection for dynamic alert notifications when movement is detected within the frame.

Installation only requires two digital pins or a TTL serial port, transmitting by default at 38400 baud. Comprehensive support, including Arduino and CircuitPython libraries, is complemented by a detailed tutorial covering all features and functionalities.
