The Teensy development boards can be programmed with Arduino code by downloading the TeensyDuino addon for the Arduino IDE.

Pay attention! The I / O of the teensy is not 5V tolerant. Pin 17 does contain a 5V output buffer (74LV1T125), with which, for example, neopixels can be controlled.
