Adafruit Solderless DotStar and Analog RGB LED Strip Clip Sampler

These ingenious little clips simplify the use of analog RGB LED strips, eliminating the need for soldering. Designed to snap onto the ends, they hold securely to facilitate easy connections. Although not waterproof, they can be weatherproofed with heat-shrink covering.

You receive one of each of the three types for versatile applications. The short joiner connects two strips directly, while the long joiner bridges a 6-inch gap between strips. The pig-tail version provides four stripped wires, ideal for soldering or connecting to a controller, also measuring 6 inches in length.

Specifically compatible with our 30 LED/meter strip, these clips are not suitable for 3-wire NeoPixel or DotStar 60 or 144/m strips. For proper use, the waterproof layer on the LED strip should be carefully removed using a small hobby knife.
