Adafruit Snap Action 5-to-5 Wiring Block Connector

Snap action blocks make quick wiring of free-hanging components easy, eliminating the need for soldering. They outperform wire nuts by being reusable and requiring no crimping. This block features five color-coded inputs and outputs—blue, green, yellow, orange, and red—for straightforward connections.

Ideal for wire splicing, and not suited for fan-outs, these blocks incorporate levers that snap open and close, securely holding stranded or solid-core wire from 12 to 24 AWG. No screwdrivers or crimpers are necessary, simplifying free wiring tasks.

Each block includes a metal block inside and is rated to handle up to 32A at 250V. However, they're designed for maker projects, with a recommended maximum of 10A at 24V, offering reliability and ease for your next project.
