Adafruit SMT Test Socket - TQFP-44 Breakout

The SMT breakout PCB for 44-QFN or 44-TQFP is a versatile tool essential for programming and testing TQFP-44 packaged parts. Its construction mirrors a ZIF socket for DIP chips but is tailored for surface mount technology parts.

This test socket accommodates any QFP-44 in a 10mm square body. The gold 'fingers' securely hold the chip when the latch is closed, ensuring reliable contact.

The socket seamlessly converts to a 44-pin DIP with 0.6-inch spacing, making it easily breadboardable. Note that the QFP's pin 1 aligns with DIP pin 6. Crafted in Japan by Yamaichi, this socket guarantees quality and precision.
