The W25Q32FV functions on a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V. It's impressively efficient, with a current consumption as low as 4mA active and 1µA for power-down. SparkFun Qwiic Micro is suggested to be used with this IC to enhance its memory capabilities.
The W25Q32FV comes with a plethora of features. It has 32Mb of memory and operates on a 2.7V - 3.6V VCC. It's packaged in a SOIC 8 and comes with a SPI/QSPI/QPI interface. The IC also includes volatile and non-volatile SR, programmable output driver strength, and individual block/sector write protection. It operates at a frequency of 104MHz and has a write cycle time of 50µs, 3ms (word, page).
For additional information, you can refer to the datasheet. Moreover, if you're planning to use it with Arduino, there's a library available. You can also find an example application in the SparkFun Qwiic Micro SAMD21E hookup guide.
