Pro Micro - 5V/16MHz

SparkFun's Pro Micro is a powerful, Arduino-compatible microcontroller designed with an on-board ATmega32U4. The 32U4's built-in USB transceiver eliminates the need for an external USB interface, making this compact board ideal for projects where space is at a premium.

The Pro Micro is packed with features. It has 9 channels of 10-bit ADC, 5 PWM pins, and 12 DIOs, as well as hardware serial connections Rx and Tx. It operates at 16MHz and 5V, similar to other popular Arduino-compatible boards. A voltage regulator is included on the board, allowing it to accept voltage up to 12VDC. If you're providing unregulated power, make sure to connect to the "RAW" pin, not VCC.

The most recent revision of the Pro Micro has corrected the silk error from the previous version, ensuring that pin 14 is accurately labeled. Additionally, SparkFun has enhanced the power circuit with a PTC fuse and diode protection, and rectified the RX and TX LED circuit.

The Pro Micro is an excellent choice for a range of applications.
