Adafruit N-channel power MOSFET

When you need to switch a lot of power, N-channel MOSFETs excel in performance. These FETs can handle over 60A and 30V, housed in TO-220 packages for easy integration into any breadboard or perfboard. Their design ensures efficient heat dissipation, even under high loads.

With an extremely low Rds(on) down to 0.009 ohms, these MOSFETs can operate without a heatsink for high loads. The threshold voltage is below 2.5V, allowing direct control via microcontrollers operating on 2.8V, 3.3V, or 5V logic. The TO-220 package can dissipate up to 2 Watts without additional heatsinking at room temperature.

Featuring an Rds as low as 9 milliohms, they support switching at least 15 Amperes without a heatsink, and even more with PWM. For precise calculations, reference materials are recommended.
