The ATOM Matrix, at only 24 x 24mm, is the most compact development board in the M5Stack series. It's a miniature powerhouse that fits easily in your pocket, making it convenient for on-the-go development projects.
Powered by the ESP32-PICO-D4 chip, it features integrated WiFi, Bluetooth, and 4MB of SPI flash memory. Despite its small size, it offers an increased number of GPIO pins, perfect for embedded device development.
The ATOM Matrix is equipped with an infrared LED, a 5x5 RGB LED matrix, a built-in IMU sensor (MPU6886), and a Grove/Stemma-compatible JST 2-PH interface for expansive connectivity.
A general-purpose programmable button is located below the RGB LED matrix, adding an extra layer of input capability. Connectivity and debugging are streamlined with an on-board USB Type-C port. A solitary M2 screw hole allows for easy mounting.
Designed for versatility, the ATOM Matrix supports both Arduino and UIFlow programming platforms. Note that no additional cables or batteries are included, as the board is meant to be powered via the USB-C port.
