Featuring a surface-mount design, the pins are located underneath, requiring precision soldering with a fine tip and paste—ideal for those with experience.

This socket boasts a push-push mechanism: simply push the card to insert, and push again to release it with a spring action. For designers, the EAGLE component is accessible in our EagleCAD library under the name MICROSD.
