The HC-12 module can send data at great distances (up to 1KM possible) on 433Mhz. The module contains the Si4438 Transciever IC in combination with an STM8 microcontroller and can both send and receive data. The module can be controlled by means of UART (RX and TX) signals using, for example, an Arduino .Specifications
