The kit includes one Adafruit Gemma V2, a 3.7v 150mAh LiPoly Battery, a tilt ball switch, an Adafruit Micro Lipo USB LiIon/LiPoly charger v2, a PN2222 Transistor, a small speaker, a 220-ohm resistor, a 24-inch solid-core wire, and three heat shrink pieces in various sizes for secure connections. Note that the plush owl is not included, but you can enliven any stuffed toy you have at home!
