Adafruit Food-Grade Heat Shrink - 3/8" diameter 12" long

Food-safe heat shrink is designed for those building beer-brewing or sous-vide projects using our waterproof DS18B20+ digital temperature sensors. With FDA compliance for food contact, it ensures safety and performance.

Simply slide it on, leaving about 1 cm of the stainless steel sensor cap exposed, and apply heat to create a secure seal. This prevents any PVC from contacting food while maintaining a tight fit over your sensor’s stainless-steel cap for optimal usability.

Note: This product includes a 12-inch piece of heat shrink. Please purchase the waterproof DS18B20+ digital temperature sensors separately to complete your setup.
