Adafruit Electric Heating Pad - 14cm x 5cm

This heating fabric leverages stainless steel fibers to transform into a flexible heating pad when powered by a 5-12VDC source. While essentially a large resistor, its flexibility and lightweight nature allow it to be wrapped around various projects.

Originally crafted for portable wearable heating solutions, it is suitable for wearables, thermal cycling, weather balloons, DIY-bio projects, and materials testing. The end temperature varies based on the applied voltage.

For precision control, the fabric can be pulse-width modulated using a power N-channel transistor. Note that the measured length is approximately 14cm, slightly shorter than the 15cm indicated in the spec sheet.
